Asthma is a chronic lung disease marked by recurrent breathing problems. It occurs in countries regardless of level of development. It requires a long term care and with increasing development millions of people are affected by it. The other symptoms include wheezing, coughing and difficulty in breathing. The breathing process is obstructed not only because of contraction of the airways but also inflammation , the true reason is yet to be revealed. Air pollution is the most common reason for asthma. The others including diet and genetic reason.

There is no physical abnormality in asthma except for the fact that the airways in the lungs contract (not compulsory in all the cases). The breathing tubes of a person suffering from asthma are sensitive and they react with smoke, pollen, dust, air, pollution, allergies or other triggers. When the breathing tubes tighten, they get inflamed and narrow. Then it is much harder to breathe in fresh air and breathe out stale air. This may cause severe breathing problems. To avoid harmful side effects of the medicines, a very good option is to stick to natural medicines as soon as possible. This would not only save money but also open an easy way to healthy life.
